  • Well I hate writing negative reviews but this company is not a 4 star and I believe yelpers should be aware of customers' experiences good or bad so they can make an informed decision about bringing their pet here. I purchased a groupon for $25 for $50 worth of services a few weeks ago and tried to redeem it right away. I had a bad experience with their customer service when I tried to book an appointment. I called and made a Saturday appointment but when I followed up to confirm it, I was told that the groomer doesn't work on Saturdays or Sundays. The person that answers the phones apologized for giving the wrong information, but said she would call the groomer tech and see if she could come in and let me know either way. She never called, so I assumed she didn't work on the weekends. Keep in mind I live 20 mins away from this place and didn't want to waste my time driving. Now the experience .. I have a 6 month old female Yorkie. After the first appointment fell through, I decided to try again and give them a chance to see what they could do. I also wanted to use the groupon I purchased. My gf and I came in today to have Lexi hair's trimmed and we dropped her off at 10am and we were told they would call us around 2pm to pick her up. They asked us what type of hair cut and we specifically told them a TRIM. When my gf picked her up today they made her look like a boy! Her hair cut is TERRIBLE ! After this experience I wouldn't let my dog get a haircut there if they offered it for FREE! I guess it's true what they say.. You get what you pay for! I don't recommend these people at all. I've uploaded some pictures from before and after her haircut so other potential customers can decide if they would want their female dog looking like this..
