  • Philly's is a great spot for beers on the patio if you live in the South Scottsdale/North Tempe area. You can run up a big bill faster than you realize because the pitchers are more expensive, but also larger, than those at most other places. The service is great. I always feel taken care of by the wait staff and bartenders. The menu is standard pub food done at a reasonable quality, but none of it is anything to write home about. I recommend the cobb salad with crispy chicken or the sliders with horseradish. If you want to go vegetarian, you'll have to look a bit harder and modify an existing menu item, or just get some garlic fries to tie you over until you get home. A-OK is actually the best way to describe this place.
