  • Took my car in after it started having power steering issues and they replaced the pump for an outrageous $2,000. Not even 3 months later the power steering goes out again. It was under warenty so we took it in again. They completely fabricated a new issue for why it wasn't working to avoid doing the work for free and wanted another 2 grand for repairs. I ended up selling the car (it wasn't worth the hassle) and the new owner opened up the car and told me that canadian tire had completely screwed up installing the pump and that's why it wasn't working. It's safe to say I will no longer be doing business with them.
