rev:text	:::WARNING:::DO NOT RENT HERE... Been here 3 years too many. Our rent always keep going up ($900)and never get anything new done in the apartment. They do these mid term lease inspections and walk around your apartment. Which is rather annoying. It makes me feel like they are being nosey. The washer and dryers Dont work half the time. They've "fixed" the same dryers over a dozen of times. And they still suck. When they do get them fixed they Dont dry all the way so that's another $1.25 and another hour of your day. Winter Is a complete mess. No parking on Wyoming ave. And you need lot stickers in order to park in the lot. When it snows 2 inches you need to wake up by 8am to get ur vehicle out of the lot. But they might not plow the lot until 3pm. Makes sense... Lol.. If you Dont move your vehicle you WILL GET TOWED. Makes sense again. Seeing how we are paying $900 a month to live and park in our parking lot. The workers should just work around us, seeing that we are the ones paying for the rent and paying for the maintenance workers. They say they are trying to make it easier on their workers... Well what about the Fucken people who are renting and paying for the rent and we the people are paying for the workers.. So how about you work around us!? The maintenance is..... Ehhh... they did a job and said its fixed and to find out a few months later you have the same issue, same leaking ceiling spot. Its awesome knowing that you're gonna have to take another day off of work to have them come back and fix the same issue you've already had. Definitely trying to save money to get the hell out of this place. But really hard when rent keeps going up and up and up..
