  • Don't bother coming here for a hot towel shave. More like a lukewarm towel with a terrible shave. The shave was rushed and not done properly. I still have stubble on my face. When I confronted Frankie about the stubble he said oh the towel was there and I did not see that part. Wtf kind of excuse is that? Move the towel and look. He then attempted to shave the part he missed and said "I can't shave closer if I do it will be skin. Now I have had a bunch of hot towel shaves and I have never left with stubble on my face before. When he finished the shave he used a blow dryer to blow after shave all over my face and shirt. He then proceeded to baby powder my face and dust it off with soft brush which went on my shirt and in my eyes. When I left I had a wet, not damp, collar. I also still had hair on my face that was not cleaned off. I didn't tip and just left. What a joke! I can't believe they would let someone like that work here. Multiple times during the shave he walked away to answer the phone!! I'm so disappointed I will never return to this establishment!
