  • The reviews don't lie. Terrible experience in every way. Look, I have 4 older brothers and I'm not easily offended, but their staff was just down right rude. If your taking my $'s and I'm giving you my business...I'd prefer not to be treated like crap...but that's just me. After 2 snide remarks I simply asked if we could cancel and the rep said "yes, cancel through Expedia". We took the shuttle back to the main location (and tipped the driver again...because it wasn't his fault and he was a nice person) and Booked through Hertz with ZERO difficulty. Canceled through Expedia at which time Expedia informed me that we had to pay a $35 cancellation fee which was not mentioned by the rude rep at NU Cars. Don't book here...it's not worth the perceived savings. Blown away by this experience. If my sales reps ever treated our customers like this they wouldn't last 1 day. I'll never stray from Hertz again...lesson learned.
