  • Called for an appointment to get our Jeep looked at. Was told someone will look at the Jeep and let us know what is wrong with it. My wife showed up for the appointment just for the service writer to tell her that no one is here to look are her car and that she would have to leave it there over night. Yeah, thanks for the heads up. We live in surprise but though we would go to the place where we purchased the vehicle. Yeah that was a HUGE mistake. Thanks for wasting 2 hours of our time. You might be a volume dealership but your service is terrible.
