yes, it is crowded and yes, it takes a while for you to receive your food. but honest to goodness, look at the size of their kitchen and the number of customers that place an order. can you honestly expect them to crank out shwarmas in 5-10 minutes for almost half of streetsville's population??
for the reviewers who have an issue with the authenticity of the dish, let me make it clear that for MOST of the fast food joints out there, they are not 100% authentic either.
all things aside from authenticity, does the restaurant meet taste, atmosphere and service? that's what this should be based on.
