  • Do you want clean carpets? Don't use A1 Carpet cleaning. Carpet looks and feels dirtier than before I called them and I paid extra for the deep cleaning. Also, now the carpet looks matted down. They used a deodorizer that made my house smell like wet dog (we don't have a dog). They used a shop vac instead of a truck mounted unit. The guy also demanded a tip at the end and was very rude to my elderly mother. I called customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do. They would not send anyone back out to fix it and said I was probably walking on the carpet with dirty shoes.
