  • Called and asked for a quote to sand and refinish. Asked him to bring color samples. He said he would show us samples when he had a signed contract and a deposit. I questioned why I couldn't see color samples prior to signing a contract and giving him money. He replied if I didn't like that then his company was not the one for me. WOW, unbelievable!
