  • I had sent out a bunch of emails looking for quotes to have 3 trees trimmed. I never reached out to Twisted Trees, somehow they found me. I was quoted right away without anyone actually coming by. Because of the low price I scheduled to have them come out on a Monday at 9am. On Monday I was called by Gino who said he had gotten a flat tire on his way and would be late (a similar story to another review). He showed up around 12 did a little bit of work and left at 2, even though we had paid him for the service already. Now the Friday before when we had spoken he told me it was a 1 day job, so I was already irritated. The second day he again arrived late and up sold my husband into getting the weeds pulled for $50 more, my husband again paid him up front against his better judgment. Again Gino left at 2. This time leaving my side gate open which my dog left out of. The third day I received a call from Gino saying he would not be by because of banking issues. To me this is not a good excuse, I already paid. At the same time Gino's wife called my husband saying they were on their way. Complete lack of communication. They did come and tried to raise the price again by $40 because he had under bided himself. Not my problem. We said no, and expected the job to be completed. On the fourth day as usual they showed up around noon and left at 2. I received a call since I was at work assuring me the job was done. Once I got home I saw that it was not. Trees are still touching the house, they did not clean up after themselves and not a single weed was pulled. We decided to hire another company to finish the job which of course I'm not happy about. Bottom line you get what you pay for. The work was cheap and so was the quality. I do NOT recommend this company and if I could give a lower rating I would. Since I can't reply to the comment below I'll edit here. Yes, the trees were severely over grown. However you did not finish the job. The trees still need to be finished, the weeds NEVER were touched and I still have branches in my yard. Yes you did cut the grass, a whole 2ft by 6ft area that no one asked you to do. I hope your customers take these reviews seriously, as your comment was not needed and unprofessional.
