  • Tried the Texas po' boy. It is freaking good. They allowed the swap out of the links for more pulled pork, that rules. Really some of the best pulled pork ever. The brisket was unbelievable too, and I don't even like brisket... Unfortunately they were out of beef ribs so I cant even imagine how good those are, will obviously be back to try them. Really nice people too. So far this place is better than Rudy's (pulled pork wise and sauce wise) I just wish they had baby backs instead of the St. Louis cut so cant really make a conclusion until those beef ribs have been tasted.
