Horrible experience. Last stop before heading back to San Diego to pick up souvenirs. Spent over $200 and sensors were left on many of the items. Called store manager "Eric" and his resolution was to take it to my local H&M to have them removed, Call my local H&M and they can't take them off because they use Different sensors. Now I'm on the phone with customer service the best they can do is have me send the items to them and they will be send back with the understanding that it may be a lengthly amount of time. BEFORE leaving I recommend checking your items to make sure the sensors are removed!
