  • I went here after trying to remove my tires to do brake work at home and discovering a different tire shop had tightened the lug nuts way too tight after installing tires. Im very mechanically inclined and when I say way too tight, It means I actually bent the damn lug wrench trying to loosen them!!! I spoke with a young guy named Anthony and I asked him if he would loosen them. After checking with his boss, he was kind enough to loosen them using an impact gun, properly tightened them to the correct torque setting, and insured correct air pressure in the tires. I know they could have said no and refused, but they decided to help me and go above and beyond. I greatly appreciated this. I knew if I would've got a flat while traveling across the desert with my family I wouldn't have been able to loosen the lug nuts to change a flat and would've been stranded, likely needing a tow to a shop where they would've needed an impact gun. Big O Tires was completely professional and greatly assisted me. I appreciate business like this, highly recommend them, and would like to return in a few weeks to purchase tires here for my son's car.
