rev:text	I don't usually post on purchase experiences, but this time is different. I came into the Ridenow Craig shop a couple of days ago to look at a used BMW they had advertised on Cycletrader. Chris Ramsey met me, showed me the bike, we negotiated a deal and I bought it. This was one of the best major purchase experiences I've ever had...no BS. Everyone there - Ramsey, Alex, Ryan, Jim and Mike were more interested in my satisfaction than just closing a deal. I walked out totally happy with the purchase and the experience was the icing on the cake. These guys are awesome...you can feel comfortable shopping around or just getting educated on stuff, all with no pressure
