Friday- after countless attempts by GM Steve, we gave him a 2nd chance... tonight he made a house delivery with a brand new car and a deal that was worth forgiving his staff. Now driving a car better than I had originally wanted. And realizing... nobody's perfect but providing feedback can make wrongs right, improve business operations, & humble car salesman to focus on the customer not the sale.
