  • As a Las Vegas native I am so incredibly impressed with the level of customer service I received from salon manager Brad and front desk associate, Arlene. This is a company that truly wants their customers to leave happy and will go out of their way to make sure any issue is always resolved. I've been going to this salon for over five years and am always treated like a star. My mom and I had a mix up with our appointment and Brad did so much to correct our dilemma and wowed us with his sincerity and generosity. This salon knows how to keep their customers for life! My favorite stylists are Jenn, Johnny at Forte Apache and Sarah if you're at the Hard Rock Location.
