I Had the same experience as monica.
I got a voucher from Dealfind for two massages. I had to wait about 3 weeks for my appointment but I didn't mind too much as that is usually the expectation with these deals.
When I arrived I got the same bare bones room with the hospital gown, which is pretty unconventional for massages. I think it might have been the same man as Monica's - also approximately in his 40s barely spoke English. He asked where my problem areas were and then went to town grinding my lower back muscles. I had to repeatedly ask him to go lighter and was quite clearly groaning in pain. His response was to relax and that it's good for me. I found it difficult to relax when I was in so much pain.
Parts of the massage were okay when it didn't feel like he was destroying my bones and muscles. The neck massage was absolutely atrocious. And the next morning I could barely move my neck.
After the massage, they did very aggressively try to push the membership on me, even offering a free one hour massage if I signed up RIGHT NOW. That obviously did very little to sway me since I doubt I'll even be redeeming the second massage that comes with the voucher.
I would definitely not recommend this place as it did me more harm than good.
