  • Even thought it's a big store in the country's biggest mall, I always get the feeling that this Bay is neglected. It always seems low on merchandise and everything always seems to be in the wrong section or is a mess. It also always takes a bit of searching to find anyone who works there. I used to work for a company that did work for the Bay, so I know how high their standards are. Because if that, it's confusing why this location is in the state it is.
