Although the dealer was not of any help in finding me a car in a timely manner to take advantage of Cash for Clunkers, the service department has worked with my family very well on our service, including any rattles. They have always cleaned the car thoroughly and explained any service or future service that I might have. I recently had my battery die in my garage one morning. I called the Mini emergency service, who jumpstarted me, and was able to get the car serviced the same day at the dealer. My only complaint was the loaner, which was a Toyota Civic -- NO comparison.
