  • We moved away from the Biltmore area about a year ago, and I completely forgot about this gem! We decided to visit our old stomping grounds during our most recent date night, and this place fit the bill. If you're looking for a speakeasy experience, Merc is an awesome little hideaway for great cocktails, and even better people watching. My fave cocktail is the Spicy Mandarin (which I happen to have the recipe for and make for myself every single Friday night because I'm a party animal and drink cocktails in bed). Always great service, and even better ambiance. Highly recommend Merc for a weekend date night or small group!
