I normally don't review franchises, but I feel compelled to write this one.
I came here this morning to grab some coffee to go. I've been to several other Aroma locations and have always experienced efficient and high-quality service, as well as great product.
They had about 3 people working here today, and only one was making the drinks. They were very, very slow. They really should have more people scheduled to work on weekends. Other customers were getting frustrated with the wait, which is understandable. There were at least 7 people waiting at the bar.
They messed up my food order, so I pretty much overpaid for a plain croissant I didn't want. Not a big deal, but it's a simple order. I only noticed after I already left, so I was stuck with it. I won't be stopping at this location anymore, I would rather go a bit out of my way to visit a different Aroma than deal with the wait again.
