  • The absolute worst unfriendly staff at united in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Just based on the rudeness of their counter staff, we'll never fly united again. Why put up with crap service when there are other choices. I'll give my business to a company that at least can treat me like a human being never mind appreciate my business.
