  • We were staying at Bally's, which is connected to Paris in Las Vegas. Due to time constraints, we needed to find a good place near the hotel to eat and selected HEXX because the menu looked the most promising even though the options were limited. Although there were no reservations available online for 5 people at the time we needed, we called and they were able to accommodate us. When we arrived there was a line out the door of people waiting to get in so we were glad we had a reservation. We were seated at a hightop inside where we had a perfect view of the Bellagio's night time fountain show. We were disappointed to learn they were out of both bottles of wine we wanted to order, and it took almost 60 minutes to get our order of 2 burgers, chicken and waffles, caesar salad, and spinach dip. If you're eating anywhere on the strip in Vegas, plan to be there 90 minutes. The chicken and waffles got great reviews, but I thought the bacon cheeseburger was just average. The spinach dip was good and cheesy. Overall, there was nothing special about HEXX other than the view of the Bellagio's fountain, which you'll pay a premium for.
