| - I received a speeding ticket for going more than 11 mph over the 25 mph posted limit. It was my first traffic violation and still being under my parent's insurance (I'm 22 years old), I was more concerned about the points on my record resulting in increased insurance. I paid the $50 and did all of the business online. He e-mailed me the day after assuring me of no points on my record and telling me the standard "deal" was traffic school and a fine, but he also let me know of an alternative. The alternative was for him to suggest the Coroner's Visitation Program to the judge, which is $45 for a one time 4-5 hour class for 14-22 year olds and would result with the case being dismissed (no fine, no points, no traffic school). While this might sound great, I looked up the program and decided it wasn't for me. I wasn't too keen on seeing dead bodies, if I read up on it correctly. I told Mr. Maridon that I'd take the traffic school and fine and that's what he got me in court. I appreciated that he let me know of the alternative, though. Overall, I'm paying less than what my ticket would have been without the help and no points on my record, so that's also money saved in the long run. My case was always updated and he was easy to talk to. Everything was dealt with online, which was convenient. Thank you!
