  • If this store wasn't so close to me I would never go to ulta. They have great promotions but this location has nothing but snotty and dismissive personnel. The supervisors are just as bad. I have only received good customer service from the vendors that are there which is ridiculous. Literally, the women are so obnoxious and for whatever reason full of themselves even though they really shouldn't be. All the negative reviews and this company can't figure out how to overhaul their employees. Every time I leave here I leave angry and upset because I've been treated like "less than".
