  • Terrible service. We booked 3 weeks in advance 2 nonsmoking rooms (guaranteed through booking agency). Checked in tonight, low and behold no non-smoking rooms available.. The kid at the desk refused to help other than cancellation, when Travelocity called them they refused to even offer compensation. Cancelled, will not book or stay again.
