Don't open an account here.I have a credit card through Midfirst I keep for emergencies.I called to make a payment and the automated system wouldn't allow me to , I talked to a customer service representative who said there was a block on my account ? I wanted to know why and what is going on with my account two hours later and after being transferred back and forth I was told my account was closed .What ? They said on November 30 I had went in one of the branches and spoke with Justine and closed my account. I told them it wasn't me I had never spoke to Justine or anyone else and had never closed my account. I want to know how this happened . Another hour later transferred around again apparently Justine had mistakenly closed my account due the other person had a similar name as mine.This is ridiculous how does this happen is there no security measures put into place . You're messing with my credit and $$ and now I have to wait around until they straighten out the mess out.
