Probably the best BBQ I've ever had. This tops the spots on Texas and some of the notable ones in California. We ordered the pulled pork, pork ribs, and the MOIST brisket ( you have the option of lean, moist and cutters choice) perfect amount of char on the brisket, nice smoke ring and super tender. We waited close to 45 minutes in line to order. I would have waited another 45 this place was so good.
