Inquired about a used car over their website chat. We were serious buyers looking to buy in the next week. Received email contact back from Adam M. He was short and unfriendly in his email responses, did not answer all my questions, and refused to negotiate. I was thoroughly unimpressed with him and this dealer. I don't know how they can afford to be so unwilling to do business, at least initially, online. We were happy to take our money to another dealer after the experience.
