I just moved into the area a week ago and as usual, things get lost and broken in the move. I went here to find replacement bolts for my dining table, which has a very heavy tiled top. The first thing the man in hardware said was "oh gee, not furniture bolts". Really? After searching for 15 minutes, he handed me bolts that I knew wouldn't work because of their shape (I had the only surviving bolt from the table with me). I ended up not buying anything and will be searching for the good old-fashioned hardware store, the mom and pop type. Yes, I know my expectations were too high, but I was surprised with the negative attitude.
