  • Passed through this complex when I was looking around for apartments, and man... It looked rough. The gate wasn't working even when I stepped away for a resident to enter in the code... And there were 5 other cars waiting to get in. The buildings all had paint chipping off entirely on the first floors, the parking is very narrow and limited, and the location was awful too. The complex is just squished right in between the 515 an another apartment complex. Needless to say, I didn't even bother to go to the leasing office. If you visit in person, you'll see what I mean.
