  • Save yourself added stress and AVOID THIS FACILITY. I went in last night at 7:00pm for an 8pm MRI. Everything proceeded smoothly until it was time for my imaging. I was taken to an interior waiting room that had 4 changing rooms. Several people were there waiting, dressed in their normal clothing. I was instructed to change into a gown & provided with 2 gowns & a clipboard with more paperwork. I came out in my gowns, sat and waited, with these people, both patients & their guests.. I was never checked on, no one ever advised me they were running late, I was simply it seemed forgotten. At 8pm I went into the dressing room, changed, went to reception & asked for my $430 co-pay to be refunded.. No one inside noticed I was gone, until reception called to inform them I was cancelling. The worst medical service treatment I have ever received. I will take my imaging needs elsewhere. I can only imagine if I was waiting to see if I had a potentially life threatening condition. Callous & unprofessional is my review of the staff outside of reception. The one star is for the courtesy by the receptionist.
