  • My boss ordered Glass Nickel for an all-staff lunch meeting. The pizza arrived 15 minutes late and barely warm. In addition, all of the pizzas had not been cut properly so people standing in line had to fight to tear off a slice. Then, to add insult to injury, the crust of all the pizzas was so tough it was difficult to tear off a bite. Shame on you, Glass Nickel. Used to be the best pizza ever, now it's just expensive crappy or inconsistently OK pizza.
