  • They apparently cannot follow directions or accept responsibility. I asked for a Cairn terrier to have a shorter Westie cut and they BODY SHAVED the whole dog. When I said I was NOT pleased I was fed excuse after excuse as they tried to blame me. HELLO I said a Westie cut ALL OVER not once did I say SCALP the dog. The only reason I brought the dogs to this location was it is close to my mothers home. The workers are all young thin women who obviously need to be counseled on public relations and listening skills. I do not recommend anyone use these groomers.
