| - Well, I certainly will NEVER be coming here again. I should've known better when I called and they said Lilly was no longer with their salon, but I happened to be next door getting my hair done, and decided to give it another shot (even though my experiences with their other nail techs in the past had been mediocre at best).I got my nails done LESS than 2 weeks ago, and they're already RUINED. I had 2 nails break within a couple days, and was charged for the repair (which was insulting enough considering I had just spent $80 dollars for a gel mani/pedi, even though the sign outside advertises this service for $65). I waited 45 MINUTES to get 2 nails fixed, AFTER calling ahead to make sure they had time to fit me in. I'm pretty sure they could've just apologized and fixed the nails for free, so I could've just tipped their nail tech, ESPECIALLY after making me wait so long. Regardless, I understand you have to pay for services rendered. Within a couple days of my initial repair, 2 other nails broke - that's 4 broken nails in a weeks time. If it had been a cheap job, I could understand the poor quality, but I paid almost $100 after tip. I have been to other salons in the city and my nails have lasted 4 weeks!! So I know it's nothing that I've done, just poor workmanship. They were thin and flimsy from the get-go. I probably should've said something, but tried to give the nails the benefit of the doubt that they'd last. Again, I will NOT be returning, and wish I could get my money back. VERY disappointed.
