  • We have been coming to this place for many years and for many years it has been great which is why when our last two visits were not very good with that we give it one more try. The food simply has lost its wow factor. The service is going downhill... Not to the fault of the servers it's about understaffing a restaurant. I waited 45 minutes for my water to be refilled on the last three visits... Not really cool. I'm not sure what changed or what happened to the Charcoal room but it's now just an average restaurant in the casino like so many others and in Las Vegas... Average simply does not cut it.
