  • This place is a complete disaster!!! I would give it NO Stars if I could Even if you have an appointment you will literally wait from an hour to hours!!!! They lost my paperwork 3 times!!!!! All my personal and my children's personal information gone! None of the ignorant staff knew what happened! They always mess up on appointments either double scheduling or not entering the appointment entirely. The staff is a complete waste of sperm and egg. They are rude and incompetent. I tried staying here because Dr. Fernandez is actually a nice doctor but the staff at this office are the failure to the practice. If the staff was better this would be such a great place but not the case unfortunately. I do not recommend this place at all is not worth it at all. I finally decided to cut my loses and switch pediatrics for the sake of my children and my time. So Stay away if possible!!! they are a staff of morons and they don't care about customer service at all. They rather be in their phones than actually help customers. Do not go here! You've been warned.
