  • This FedEx office has to be the most discourteous I have seen. The Supervisor Jonathan Esteban could care less either. He doesn't lose any of his pay by running off customers. When I asked for the their written policy on what they would ship and what not, he said he did not have any. It was his decision. The package was the same that came and all of a sudden it was no good. So they lost one customer in me who will never go there again. UPS and ON-TRAC are far superior organizations.
