  • When my air conditioner died on the hottest day, I expected to be taken on a LONG RIDE. I turned to Yelp for finding an honest, trustworthy repair service company. Legacy Air reviews topped all other rivals. I had to wait 2 days because they were so busy. That was OK, I was willing to wait for the BEST......and I was not disappointed. Because my unit was 17 years old, I fully expected it needed to be replace. Dean arrived at the scheduled time. He was polite and professional. Within 5 minutes, he had diagnosed the problem - I needed a new motor which he had available in his truck. Dean also performed a maintenance check and stated the rest of the system seemed to be in top shape and I should not have any problems in the near future. All good news but the best was yet to come. My final bill was 1/10th of what I expected (if I had to replace the unit) and included a military discount which I was entitled to take. Legacy Air is going to be my "go to" company not only for my air/heating problems but any plumbing problems that might arise. They are trustworthy, fast, honest and fair......what more could anyone ask for ??!!
