  • I ordered flowers the day of my wife's birthday, and they delivered them by lunchtime the same day. What put me over the top to give this place 5 stars was at the end of my phone order. The representative said, "Don't worry, we are going to take care of everything for you," in the most confidence-inspiring way. LOVE it when people take their work seriously, and try to relate to the needs of their customers in this way. GOOD ON YOU, FLOWERAMA!
