A-okay experience! We booked our car online ahead of time and arrived in the morning to pick up our car. The staff member at the desk helped us quickly and wasn't pushy about adding additional features like at Enterprise at the Tropicana. My one complaint is that it was difficult to find our car in the parking garage. In my opinion they should have a separate area or specifically marked spaces to make it easier to find. Also, when we booked our car we requested a ford focus and instead we were given a mitsubishi mirage, which was TINY! We could only fit one of our suitcases in the trunk. Tip: If you are a USAA member book through them to get a discounted rate.
