  • After my grandparents used Boyd a few years ago for their shutters, I knew just where to turn when purchasing my own bare windowed home this fall. I wasn't sure Boyd would be able to work with me since I live in California now, but he was more than accommodating. He was available several times for lengthy phone calls to ensure I measured correctly. I was able to see samples when I was visiting home for the holidays. We chose easy to install cellular shades since my husband would be the one putting them up. Once our shades arrived Boyd provided step by step FaceTime instructions so that we could get them installed correctly. Such an over the top gesture. The quality of his shades is way better than what we saw at Home Depot and well worth the extra few bucks. Custom treatments really don't go unnoticed. Boyd is the best. :)
