  • Do not ever consider this company for your security services. I wish I would have read their reviews first. An authorized representative sold us on the product but failed to mention two big things. One: I will have a 5 year contract. Now that I am trying to cancel they want me to pay almost 3 grand as a cancellation fee. Two: days after we agreed to set up the alarm system they call me asking for my social security and verify phone numbers. They told me my SSN would just be stored in my account. That was a lie, they ran my credit THREE TIMES (see pic). When I called them to get this corrected I was transferred several times just to be told they couldn't do anything. This company is the worst!o
