  • My experience was so bad at this clinic I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Nevada after repeated attempts to contact the clinic and resolve things with them directly. No reply was ever given. The were rude and uncaring, all they did care about was money and provided little customer service. I think they failed in every aspect of my visit to them and I ended up taking my pet to another clinic because I felt they were so incompetent. I found their clinic on yelp but didn't see that the 12 negative reviews were "hidden" down below. I wish I had read them and gone elsewhere, even if it was a few more miles away. One yelp you have to rate a business with stars but they don't even deserve 1.
