  • I got a call from Hailey the receptionist to schedule a appointment and she was very rude from the beginning. As I started to ask more questions she just seemed more annoyed. She than complained how my voicemail box was full and I asked if I could speak to someone else because again she was really rude, she stated there was no one else there but her and so I asked if she could have someone else call me to schedule because I was tired of the attitude she was giving me and than she hung up on me. I called back confused thinking maybe we lost connection but after talking to her the 2nd time I realized it was done on purpose. I asked why she hung up on me and she said "you don't have to schedule with us" I never said I didn't want to schedule I just was done talking to her because of how rude she was being. I asked her for the address and she gave it to me as quickly as she could and hung up on me AGAIN. I called her back and again she was being rude with attitude. I work at a doctor's office myself and I actually call on referrals as well and I am in shock they have someone like this working for them. She does not belong in a field where customer service and patient care is priority. I am so upset that I dont even want to come into a appointment and meet a physical therapists because I couldn't get through the first phone call from this office because of how rude the receptionist was. Hailey if it is so difficult for you to be decent/nice & welcoming over the phone to patients than you are in the wrong line of work and to the physical therapists working here you should seriously reconsider her employment because she is making your practice and this office look so bad. The worst customer service I have every experienced. I have never left a bad review before and my experience with this office with just this one phone call( or 3 I should say if you want to count the times she hung up me) made me download the yelp app and leave my first review. Sadly I hope this gets resolved so that no other patient is treated the way I was today.
