  • Had a great experience with them, even though they weren't able to fix my computer. Dropped off my Macbook on a Saturday after spilling water underneath it. It wouldn't turn on, and I was hoping there was some way to fix it. Within 1 business day I received a call from the technician telling me that the logic board was fried, and that it would cost me the price of a new computer to fix it. Was able to explain how it happened, and how much the remaining parts were worth. Best of all, they didn't charge for for the diagnosis. It was much appreciated, especially when I've already had to accept the loss of an $1100 computer. Only lose 1 star because I feel that some of their other prices take advantage of people who don't know much about computers. For example, to transfer data from one computer to another, they charge $80. Seems excessive when it's quite easy to do it on your own. Oh well, people should always do their own research I suppose. All in all though, I would definitely recommend this store if you need any assistance with your Mac.
