  • After reading this before posting , the sound of this review may sound as if I may be affiliated with this place . I can assure you I am not in any way. I am a relatively new customer of theirs and the following are my impressions after about 3 visits. Doesn't get better in Las Vegas . Grew up in NY and have struggled to find a good deli / bagel place . This by far and away is the closest to NY. They have takeout for most things sold which includes deli / bakery /bagel items. They also have a sit down restaurant which is great. Breakfast items I have tried have all been excellent . Standouts are the Corn beef hash , two styles of knish (3 are stuffed one is NY style ) Bagel sandwiches are fantastic. Looking around the dining room will only make you have ordering remorse as you see the awesome selections other people have ordered. The menu is very large offering many traditional Jewish dishes which are staples in NY and traditional american breakfast plates . The one thing that truly stood out is the service. I have gone to 5 star restaurants and have spent more than a mortgage payment on meals that included sommeliers and waiters with assigned assistants, and not received anywhere close to the service and unbelievable upbeat attitudes as the staff there. So from bagels with numerous cream cheese options , to the diet killing bakery counter with things like cannoli , black and white cookies , rainbow cookies , gourmet muffins etc etc to the NY deli staple the classic (bagel) breakfast egg sandwich , this place has it all . minor cons not worth even bumping them from a strong 5 star review. #1 Take-out does not have a large menu posted to know whats available at the takeout window when ordering. #2 (I'm sure they have heard this a thousand times) The parking lot is tight and cramped . Be on your toes and bring along a little extra patience . its worth the minor inconvenience . #3 No chocolate-milk in the bottled beverage cooler. I think in NY its is part of the licensing agreement for anyone selling bagels to have it on hand. I guess not in Las Vegas. #4 it can get crowded on the weekends. It has been around fore a long time. keep in mind there is a reason people will wait 20-30 minutes. Early bird rules apply .
