  • If there was a lower rating than one star I would give it to this company!! Don't bother wasting your time with this business! J&J Glass came recommended to me from a former coworker. Based on her recommendation, I called the business looking for Juan, only to get their voicemail, so I left a message. Days went by and my call was still not returned. I called again and finally got Juan on the phone. I explained to him that I was in the final stage of my master bath remodel and I needed to order glass for the shower enclosure and have it installed. We talked for about 5 min or so and set up a time to meet. This phone call took place on a Friday, so we set up a time to meet at his office that following Tuesday so that I may see their glass samples and shower enclosures. As a courtesy, I text Juan that Tuesday morning to confirm my appointment time with him and his response to me was, "I'm out in the field all day." Basically, cancelling our appointment. I asked him when is a good time to meet and he said he would get back to me. This conversation took place on March 20th. On the 21st I sent him a text in the morning asking to let me know when a time is good...no response. I text him again that afternoon...no response. I also called the office about 4 different times over the next week and left a voicemail message each time. To this day, none of my text messages or phone calls have been returned. Horrible customer service to say the least! Clearly Juan (the owner) at J&J Glass doesn't need my business nor should he deserve anyone's business! Honestly, no one in any industry is that busy where a simple response to a text or a phone call can't be returned. Don't waste your time with this glass company if you know what's best. There are plenty of other glass companies in town who would happily take your business and follow through! A simple Google search will give you at least 10 other companies with a 4 star rating or higher!
