rev:text	I moved from Texarkana, Texas to Phoenix in the summer of 2013. I had been taking my Ford Rangers to the Quick Lane in Texarkana for years. Over the last two years I have been taking my Ranger to the Quick Lane at Camelback Ford and I have always been pleased with their work! I recently went back to have the oil changed on my 2009 Ford Ranger. I also asked them to check the air conditioner. They came back later and told me the air conditioner would need repairs, I agreed. They also gave me a list of recommended repairs that I should look into, along with information about each of the repairs that they had suggested. Well, while they were repairing the a/c...I went out to look at some of the cars on the lot thinking...Do I want to start paying for repairs on this 6 year old truck or do I want to start thinking about trading in. While checking stickers and features, salesman Alex Schwimmer came up and introduced himself! As we talked, I told him I was interested in hybrids. He talked about a 2014 Ford Fusion they had. He said bring my truck by the next day and he could give me a price for my trade in and I could test drive the Fusion. So I came by the next morning. As I test drove the Fusion, the checked out my Ford Ranger. I really loved the looks, ride and features of the Fusion but I wasn't sure if I was ready to get rid of the Ranger. Over the next couple of hours, I talked with Alex and a couple of other members of the Camelback Ford team...they were really great! They talked about the great gas mileage and all the really fantastic features of the car! I still hesitated until they made me an offer I couldn't refuse....and I didn't! Then they set up someone to pick up the loan, it was effortless for me, I just gave them the information! By the end of the day, I was driving home in my Fusion...I really love this car! I really felt that they were honestly trying to put me in a fantastic car with great feature. I'm totally satisfied with all the work Alex and the whole team did for me and did I mention...I love this car!
